Acknowledgement and Confirmation

A Registration Submission Acknowledgement Email will automatically be sent to you via e-mail once your e-registration is completed. A Registration Confirmation Email will be sent to you via e-mail within 4 working days after receiving full payment. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you do not receive a confirmation Email within 4 working days. .

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the Conference Secretariat from registered e-mail address at (sear.conference2019@patba.org) with registration number and basic information before July 31, 2019.
Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.
• Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
• All bank charges for refunds shall be charged to the registrant.
• For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference.
• Cancellation before July 31, 2019 - 50% Refund
• Cancellation after July 31, 2019 - No Refund

Liability

The Conference Organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants or their accompanying persons, either during the conference or during tours. It is therefore recommended that participants and accompanying persons arrange for appropriate travel and health insurance before travelling.

Letter of Invitation

Letter of Invitation, to help overcome administrative difficulties and to assist with obtaining a visa to enter Pakistan, will be sent by the Conference Secretariat (sear.conference2019@patba.org) upon request. Such letters do not imply any financial or other support from the organizing committee.

*Accompanying person with the participants will be registered on 50% less than the original charges.
*Accompanying person will only be entitled for: Inauguration ceremony & Gala dinner.

*Letter/Card for PG students’ registration will be mandatory from Pakistan Chest Society & Institution.
*Participants will have to pay for their travel and stay in the hotel along with the other travel related expenses. Pakistan Anti TB Association, Conference Secretariat will arrange the hotel/venue bookings on the participant's request.
The registration fee will cover the following:
• The delegates will be provided a conference bag along with conference material and free entry in the exhibition.
• The delegates will be accommodated in inaugural session on August, 29, 2019 and will be served with high-tea.
• 2 lunches and 5 mid-session teas with cookies during scientific sessions.
• A gala dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM on August 31, 2019.
• Entry passes/Tickets of inauguration ceremony, lunches, mid-session teas, and gala dinner will be provided in conference bags.
